Dyna hair treatment

My hair is in a mess before i 'kiap' / iron on my signature fringe! I cant go out with my hair not iron as bangs looks really disgusting if it is in a mess or when the door always open up (aka the fringe always open up) Hahah!! 

I had not done rebonding for 3 years as it is too flat and plus i had a small patch of grey hair on my fringe area thus after doing rebonding the color of the dye i did to cover the grey hair will fade off. And i always was told that after rebonding you have to wait for 3 days to a week before you could color your hair in case of some reaction and hair will be damage. I personally tried on a homebase salon recommended by flowerpod before and my hair become super damage after the rebonding and coloring thus i nv dare to do rebonding and coloring ever again!!! T.T i spent $500 on a hair treatment package to save back my hair that time!! So now i become extra careful!! I heard that dyna treatment is more of a treatment and was assure that is ok to color and do this treatment together thus i decided to give it a try.

Dyna treatment intro by my current salon is what i had just done. It took me 2.5 hours to complete the process.

It is actually quite similar to rebonding, apply cream wait, wash off apply a spray blow dry, iron, apply another cream the pink one shown below, and wash off and blow dry.

Was told i can wash my hair the next day after treatment and this will last for about 6 months. Hopefully it can last longer! 

Brother in law creating chaos again

Well if you guys read my blog you should have known that the brother in law of mine had threatened to kick my parents in laws out of the house before.

This time round he is creating chaos again. Actually long since before this we already told him clearly that after he sold the house which is under his and his mum name we will made arrange for the 2 folks to have a place to stay. But it might be some bad people around him (his friends? Those rich friends who likes racing car like him?) giving him the idea  of kicking parents out and so that he can have the whole house by himself and rent the rooms out. Abit crazy right! In singapore housing law the person with the name under the property have the rights to stay in the house and how could he have such thinking i really dun understand. And now, he know that the mum could not be kick out his try his luck to kick his dad out! Lets give him and his good friend a clap! The owner spouse also have the rights to stay there how could they have such thinking? And the biggest joke is he requested for the 2 brothers to pay him $300sgd per month each for his allowance!! Lmao! He tot that he is their parents? Or the friend think this is right? 

If he really want a clean cut with his parents the best solution is sold the flat so the mum cpf will return to her own account, is impossible that the mum move out and her cpf stuck with the house for his brother to own it all by himself right and earn money with it! And is already so clear that once the flat is sold the parents will be arrange to have another place. 

He is 40+ this year and im not sure why his thinking is this way. Really disappointed someone with education cannot have the positive thinking. Not sure is he suffering from any depression hopefully not, and hope he can have a clear mind to leave his so called friend immediately! These people are way too scary not sure what they have in their mind and planning to do on this brother in law. If they are rich i could not understand why they want to do this to make others family in a chaos. Hope that god have eyes 老天有眼 can punish these people who have bad heart and thinking.  

Review on branded bag cleaning service - bag spa

My 6 - 7 years old lv speedy is really very dirty and one day (few months back) my cupboard door was stuck thus i force open it and to my surprised my speedy handle was injured!! Super heart pain!

I quickly search on the net to check which shop offers cleaning service for this bag as i have a few wedding to attend in the following month and found a few shops providing this service but in the end i choose :  bag spa

The location of bag spa is at international plaza which is just beside tanjong pagar mrt station. 

I was worried that my bag will get worst after cleaning as i saw a few post online about the shop damaging their branded bag but after considering i think i should give it a try as my bag is already in the worst condition!

Ok dun expect 100% as good as new but i think they have done a great job! Abit dirt cannot be clean off but is already 95% good! I think if i sell it can get fetch a good price! 

Im super greatful to bag spa the service given was great too!! Friendly aunties!! 

And they are so kind to give dust bag and recycle bag for your cleaned bag!! 

Oh forgot to mentioned the cost!! Mine was quite serious so i was charged $90 but is all worth it!! 

Those with dirty branded bag can head to bag spa they will be able to save your bag!! 

Champion hotel (singapore)

Recently i went for a short stay at champion hotel singapore, its actually a boutique hotel the location is near to joo chiat complex (nearest mrt station is at paya lebar).

Overall the room is new and clean, spaces as well. I quite like it. But is a pity that there isn't any swimming pool or cafe in the hotel. No breakfast too. If you wan to head over the the nearest shopping centre it will be I12 which is about 20mins walk or a 5-10mins car ride if you take a cab/taxi over but the return way is slightly longer as the road is one way road thus need to turn a big round when travel back. And a side note: getting a cab/taxi in peak hour or weekends around the area is not easy. 

I would rate it for 7/10

Basically is a budget yet clean hotel with not much facilities.

By the way the cab/taxi driver will not know the hotel location so just tell him is near to joo chiat complex, and you might miss the hotel as the sign of it is not big and noticable. So you might just stop at the taxi stand near the joo chiat complex and cross over the road and walk slightly down (1min) tada you are there.

Taiwan 2014 (nice food)

It had been sometimes since my last post. As i was very busy with work and seldom gave time to blog lately. By the way i went taiwan again in july and discover 2 great dinning place thus wanna share!!

1st is a place which is suitable for family or doing some celebration! 

This restaurant not only had theme sitting they also have a play room for kids (play room operate till like 8pm)

We choosen set meals so we can choose soup, main dish, drinks, we were given salad and starter and if i remember correctly dessert too. The right hand side 1st and 2nd photos is their kids meal. 

The food were nice but the waiting time for it was very long. Overall a relaxing place. They also very sweet to provide a cake or a free meal for the birthday person but must state during reservation and bring along your id / passport for verification. 

This is the cake taste okie too. 

The second place i wanna recommend is a ma la steamboat buffet place.. 

This place we found randomly. And its located at xi men ding. The buffet is nice and alot of food selection! 

And the soup base is super shiok!! But if they recommend you the chicken pot please dun choose it as it is so so only we regretted of taking it!! The meat serve is like suki ya they serve when you ordered! So is fresher too!! Tumbs up for it a good place to enjoy the steamboat ma la!! 

 

Kopiko LA Coffee

Now let me introduce this low acid coffee mix to you!!

As my stomach is weak i could never drink coffee! After just 1 consumption i can get bad gastic pain!! The pain is really unbearable! So i have no choice but to drink milk tea every morning to boost myself up and keep myself awake! 

But after sawing the LA coffee advertisment i decide to give it a try! And was totally surprise i got no problems after drinking it! And am drinking it daily currently!! I love LA coffee!!

For those who have weak stomach and gastic and didnt get to enjoy coffee before, now we have a choice!! Grab it and you will love it just like mi!!

Hong kong trip Mar 2014

Im back from hong kong! Thus here's a post on this trip!! This time round we stay at disney hotel (2 nights) and the cityview hotel (4 nights). 

Disney hotel

Is a beautiful castle!! The inner part was also very grand!! But is not cheap is around sgd $347.43 weekdays and $469.55 before taxes of $250.43 for 2 nights. But is really worth the price!!

Disneyland

We bought 2 days tixs but it was too crowded on the 2nd day and 1st day we reach at late noon thus onli manage to complete a few attractions onli.

But this fireworks is nice

The above meal is quite expensive but is a experience after all so we tried..

Breakfast with disney - sgd $50+ per pax

I suppose this is the best experience for kids as disney character will come over to all tables for photo taking.. But sometimes they missed you out!! Angry~ by the way not all character are in as minnie was missing! :( thus end up we got to go disneyland and queue to take photo with minnie for an hour!!

We also met Cinderella at the hotel!! 

Lei yu man for seafood

We spent about sgd $500 for all the seafood here.. 4 adults and a kids and we are super full!! But is really nice!! 

The seafood store we bought was brought to the opposite restaruant to cook at some service charges (ingredient and cooking fee).

Is quite nice and it cost about $40sgd.

Its mine and dar bday cake it comes in a pair! Cute!

The cityview

I didnt took photo on the cityview hotel as it quite a normal hotel some thing like taipei rainbow or east dragon but the rates is quite affordable and its super near to yau ma tei mtr! For mi im not too fussy over the rooms thus im fine with the room. Compare to the one i stay in 2007 (forgot the name but around jordan) this room is counted as big! 

Shopping 

Sports wear streets / fa yuen street

I went to sports wear street and we bought 2 pairs of shoes. Is around $600hkd each which is about $100sgd each and i suppose is cheaper than in sg thus those who like sports wear must go there.. 

How to get there: walk from the cityview hotel around 3 streets away near to ladies street.

All at sportwear streets! The kids shoes is from a small shop at the street.

Argyle centre

This is the place which i bought most clothes!! Prices is from $50hkd onwards to $300hkd. And the style is trending kind! Something like our bugis street lvl 2 - 3.

How to get there: mong kok mtr exist A2 (if i remember correctly) operating hr till 11pm.

Is a place which open till 2am but nothing to rave about a dead shopping centre.

How to get there: i took taxi from lei yu man after our seafood feast quite near. 

Island berverly centre (opp sogo)

This is opp sogo and they are selling korean style clothing the price here is also not cheap around $250 onwards which turn me off lol!! But there is a child shop which we spent alot as they sell nice children korean style clothes!!

Graville street - tsim sha tsui

At the street about there is this building granville circle which is something like island berverly centre selling korean styles. But price range also $250hkd onwards!! Ex!!

The hong kong airport

Is really years since we last went hk and was really unused to the airport.. Our check in counter was at t2. And we have to walked all the way to t1 for boarding and entre the gate!! The time of checking in is just 2 hours before but the distant have to travel around is far!! It was like a war in the airport!! With the crowd it was really a mess!! The boarding area is also in an open concept which is full of ppl!! Is really a great different from sg, tw and bkk airport!! Thus ppl please be extra careful when u are at the airport ask ppl when u get lost but most likely they cant be bother with you thus ask more ppl lol!! Im glad that im able to get back!! If not we might missed the flight atthe confusing airport with no helpful airport staff except a information counter at t1! Thanks you lady althought i dun noe ur name but u r the most helpful one around at hk airport! 

Okie now a important note all flight depart at T1 thus all boarding have to go up a lvl from the arrive hall and go either to extreme right or left at the end to do the passport check then you will reach the boarding area. But then boarding gate is on either lvl 4 - 5 depending ur gate the tv on lvl 6 will tell u so as they onli let u noe the gate 30 mins before the boarding gate open! There will be shuttle bus to drive u over to the plane after the boarding gate. 

By the way our flight delay as i suppose it was too pack!
